1994

Roumanie Conseil SARL is created in Paris , and Conseil RF - SRL in Bucharest.
The first six years, both companies had a non-specialized activity, which enabled them to gain a global vision of the Romanian industry.

2000

Organization in Paris, in partnership with the Romanian Embassy in France, of the first " Go-between Show " between French and Romanians companies.
Participants: 54 Romanian companies and 66 French companies.

2001

Sole activity as intermediary for French companies wishing to produce in Romania.
Organization in Bucharest, in partnership with the French Economic Mission in Romania, of the second "Go-between Show " between French and Romanians companies.
Participants: 80 Romanian companies and 32 French companies.
Transformation of the company form (unique owner), change of name in Roumanie Productions, capital increase to 60.000 €, change of registered office.

2002

Reorganization of our structure, with a new French-Romanian team specialized in the implementation of the projects of manufacturing in Romania.

2003

End of the restructuring.
A new organization chart adjusted to our services.
A structure of two permanent employees in Paris, five in Bucharest and more than twenty Romanian specialized consultants, in various fields of metals conversion and plastic injection.
The first positive financial balance sheet for new Romania Productions SAS.

2004 - 2005

Constitution of a sample group of 38 audited and confirmed manufacturers, in the fields of metals conversion and plastic injection
The Romanian company, Cabinet de Conseil SRL will change name in November to C.P.I. SRL (Commandes de Production Industrielle, SRL).
2005 is the third consecutive year on profit.

2006

Starting January this year, Roumanie Productions SAS, will have a new registered office, at 6, Avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie, 75116 Paris.
The accomplishment of three new production assigns in gear assembly, manufacturing and cast iron foundering domain.
The total turnover is double comparing to 2005.

2007 - 2008

Regarding the total turnover the 2007 year confirms and exceeds 2006’s results by 22% and regarding the profit, with 24%.
The first 2008 semester continues the 2007’s dynamic, adding a new client, LUFKIN USA.
